THE FARM

“Il pozzo” farm is located in a hillside position overlooking the Tiber Valley. It is made up of a 42 hectare estate with country houses dotted all around. As well as its usual activities (olive-growing, cereals, orchaeding), it also offers Holiday Homes that can accommodate about 16 guests.

At present there is a country house with a swimming pool, with three independent units offering the possibility of spending a relaxing and pleasant stay surrounded by greenery and sweet rolling cultivated hills.

 

An extensive olive grove adds the finishing touch which stretches as far as the remains of a ist – 2nd cent. B.C. Roman villa at Poggio Gramignano which is part of the estate, the findings of which are on display at the “Fabbrica” in the centre of Lugnano. The area offers horse riding, mountain biking and nearby attractions such as Lugnano in Teverina, Amelia, Giove, th alviano Oasis, the “Park of Monsters” at Bomarzo, Viterbo, Orvieto and Todi.
