The Country House is located in Quercia Cupa in a quiet and peaceful position. A completely renovated stone house with three independent flats, two of them providing bathroom for disabled people, with central heating, satellite TV, internet wi-fi.
The Country House is surrounded by a large garden with a swimming pool (5x12m), sun lounge complete with sun beds, deck chairs and sun umbrellas; ping-pong table, common wood oven, barbecue, laundry and car park.

The reduced costs in our price list are per night per apartment (4 people).
Possibility of an extra bed in the various apartments, number to be agreed, each at a cost of: € 10 per night; € 60 per week.
FINAL CLEANING: € 60 per apartment
HEATING: € 10 per apartment per day
Security deposit, per apartment to be paid in cash on arrival, with refund on departure after any damage: € 50 for three nights of stay € 200 per week.
High season: June, July, August, September, Christmas, Easter, holidays.
The apartments are available after 11:00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10:00 on the day of departure.
